Photography and Videography have been hobbies of mine for most of my life, and recently I’ve had the opportunity to work as both videographer and photographer for various retreats and summer camps, as well as free lance work
Music
Playing guitar, piano, bass and drums to varying levels of competence, with guitar being the most advanced, I love music and live performance, and have participated in live events consistently since 2014.
Production
Production, specifically live sound, has been my main source of income for 5 years. Worship gatherings and backyard shows make up most of my work. I personally own equipment sized for a 5 piece band and small shows.
James Bailey
Hi, I’m James Bailey, and I am passionate about God, Music, Production, Photography and Filmmaking. I graduated Texas A&M in 2022 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and currently work at NASA Ames in Mountain View, Caifornia. While I love engineering, creative pursuits have been a part of my life since middle school, when an interest in filmmaking emerged. At the same time, I discovered a love for music and began learning piano, and later guitar, honing my skills in the worship band every Sunday. Throughout high school I continued to grow in my musical abilities but also started to develop a new adjacent skill, live sound production. Playing and mixing gigs at bars and music rooms, venues such as the Rustic and continued opportunity at my church allowed me to start working professionally in both live sound and other creative pursuits.
